PRODUCTION TIMES
LATINO CAMINO™ products are printed on demand. Once you place your order – mucho gracias! – we begin making the order specifically for you. Please be patient as it usually takes 2-7 business days to process an order before we ship it out. We are happy to say, though, that most of the orders are actually processed within 4 business days and over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.

Shipping charges and taxes are calculated for your review before check-out.
SHIPPING TIMES
We work with our carriers to try to give you the very best shipping experience in the industry. Please note that prior to holidays, the shipping may take a little longer. If you have a concern about shipping, you may look at the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.
The actual shipping time depends on your location. If in the USA, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

The delivery times may vary significantly depending on circumstances out of our control, including any customs delays, weekends, holidays periods.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
To ensure that your much-anticipated package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the shipping times we estimate, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
LATINO CAMINO does not issue refunds and takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you’re experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you should contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
As much as we’d like to hand-deliver each of our products made specifically for you, LATINO CAMINO does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
CUSTOMS DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For all international orders outside of the USA, you may have to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. We are unable to calculate these possible charges or add them to your order amount at check-out.
